It all seemed like 5 seconds ago.
I felt like the waves would swallow me whole if I got any closer. I stood and waited for help. My ship crashed a few months ago...Would I ever be saved?
All I did was cry until I got massive headaches and have panic attacks...
This can't be happening!
I wanted to scream, shout, cry, and do everything I wasn't supposed to...

I remember every detail..
October 2nd, 1976.
2:00pm.
A heilcopter hovered above. A girl... standing then she bend down and tossed a ladder down...
I can't believe it!
"Thank you! Thank you!" I cried as I fell to my knees, and held onto her legs, afraid I'd fall out and be sucked back into the nightmare down below...
"My name is Sockfan.. No need to thank me! It's my job!" She pointed to her badge and smiled.
More tears welled up in my eyes.
She handed me a blanket and a banana to eat, I was nothing but skin and bones...
"So, What's your name?" She knelt down where I was sitting and smiled again..
"Snazzy.. B-But call me whatever you'd l-like! I'm forever grateful!"
"Whatever I'd like.. Snazzimia!" She chuckled and then asked:
"What are you going to call me...?"
"S-SF!"
We both smiled and broke out into laughter, but nothing around us was funny or even somewhat interesting.. but we just..
laughed.
I'll never forget that day...
